Charles or the Hung Cheong Chung Fee, of No. 23, Lee Yuen Street, West, Victoria, aforesaid Ship Chandler to The Hop Sing Tong of the same address who will carry on the same business and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Transferor, in the said business.

IN pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent

Transfer of Business Ordinance No. 25 of 1923. Notice is hereby given, that Kwan Mo

confirming the reduction of the Capital of Charm, (關慕參), of Victoria, in the

the above-named Company from £60,000 to £25,350, and the minute approved by the Court, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 22nd day of September, 1927. The said minuto is in the words and figures following:--

“The capital of the Wing Sang Com- pany, Limited, and Reduced "henceforth is £25,350, divided * into 507 shares of £50 each, "instead of the Original Capital "of £60,000 divided into 600 “shares of $100 each.
