day of September, 1927, the following proposal by the Debtors for a Composition was approved ut by the Court under Section 22 of The Bankruptcy Ordinance 1891 namely:
1. The debtors Wong Wan Yu and Wong Sik Yu, the managing partners of the above-named debtor frin, to pay to the proved creditors a dividend of 50 per cent on the amounts of their claims, such dividends to be paid as follows:-
(a) A first dividend of 25 per cent to be paid within one week of the Order of the Court approving this composition.
(b) A second dividend of 5 per cent to be paid before the end of the Ting Mow Year, (22nd January, 1928). (e) A third dividend of 10 per cent to be paid before the sixth moon of the Mo Shan Year, (14th August, 1928).
(d) A fourth and final lividend of 10 per cent to be paid before the end of the Mo Shan Year, (9th February, 1929).
2. The first dividend of 25 per cent is
payable in cash.
3. Subsequently dividends are to be secur- ed by joint and several promissory notes given by the said Wong Wan Yu and Wong Sik Yu and guaranteed by Sun Cho Wing, of Victoria, Hong Kong, Merchant, to each of the credi- tors for the remaining amounts due to them respectively.
4. All debts directed to be paid in priority under Uruinance No. 1 of 1891, shall be so paid.
5. The cash in the hands of the Official Receiver amounting to $98,546,89 shall, ou the Order of the Court approving this composition being obtained, be paid to air. . . hung, of Mes-rs. Deacons as irustee for the creditors, after deducting therefrom the Uncial Receivers lees and ex- penses payable and curred in this bankruptcy.
All the creditors of the above-named Firm who have proved their debts are requested to call at the Office of the undersigned at No. 1, Des Voeux Road Central, on caturday next the 17th instant and thereafter on any week day between 10 a.m. and i p.m. to receive payment of the 1st instalment bringing with them any promissory note or other security held by
them.
Ail Creditors of the above-named firm, who have not proved their claims ro requested as soon as possible to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors if any) to the undersigned, and if so required by a notice in writing from the undersigned by their Solicitors or personally to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice or in defualt thereof they will be excluded from benelit of the Composition.
