No. S. 206.- It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate which should be clearly marked "Tender for Sanitary Conveniences, Repulse Bay", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 29th day of August, 1927, for the erection of

A-Conveniences with quarters attached.

B-Conveniences of native type together with any other necessary contingent

work.

No work will be permitted on Sundays.

For Form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. S. 207.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Road to Dairy Farm Lots, Diamond Hill", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 5th day of September, 1927, for the construction of Road to Dairy Farm Lots, Diamond Hill.

No work will be permitted on Sundays.

KOWLOON-CANTON RAILWAY, BRITISH SECTION.

No. S. 187.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Improvements and Alterations to Taipo Market Station ", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Friday, the 26th day of August, 1927, on behalf of the Kowloon-Canton Railway (British Section).

Drawings may be seen and the Specification and full particulars obtained by appli- cation to the Railway Head Office, Kowloon, on the deposit of a fee of $20, which will be refunded on the submission of a bona fide tender together with the return of the Specification intact.

The Contractor must deliver in with his tender the schedule of quantities and prices, which shall be fully filled up and shall set forth the items of which such estimate is composed, and shall contain his complete estimate.

The successful tenderer will be required to sign a formal contract in the usual formi of the Government Contracts and to give security for the sum of $1,000 in a bond with two sureties conditional for the due and faithful performance of the terms of such con-

tract.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
