No. S. 197.-The following draft Order in Council, which it is intended to make when the proposed Prohibited Areas (Afforestation) Ordinance becomes law, is published for general information.

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 15 of the Wild Birds Ordinance, 1922, Ordinance No. 15 of 1922, on the day of
1927.
The regulations in the Schedule to the Wild Birds Ordinance, 1922, are amended an follows:
I. The following regulation is inserted immediately after Regulation 4:-
4A. No person shall shoot or take game in any area declared to be a prohibited area under the Prohibited Areas (Afforestation) Ordi- nance, 1927, or enter any such area in pursuit of game or for the purpose of taking any nest or egg of any game.
II. The form of the game licence in Regulation 5 is amended by the addition of
the following note immediately after Note 5 :-
NOTE:-6. No person is allowed without lawful authority or excuse to enter any area declared to be a prohibited area under the Prohi- bited Areas (Afforestation) Ordinance, 1927, and the pursuit of game is not a lawful excuse for this purpose.
