ent Transfer of Business Ordinance, No. 25 of 1923. Notice is hereby given that by an Indenture dated the 23rd day of July, 1927, Chiu Yeuk Kui Tong, of No. 113, Wanchai Road, Victoria, Hong Kong, transfers his whole interest in his $10,000.00 share and $10,000.00 deposit in the Wo Shing Cheong Kee, Gold Leaf Dealers of No. 24, Bonham Strand, Victoria, aforesaid.

It is not intended that the Transferee should assume the liabilities incurred in the business by the Transferor.

Lam Shau Yin, (#), and Lai Sui Yuk, (E), both of Victoria,. aforesaid Singlewomen (therein and hereinafter called "the Purchasers"), of the other part the Purchasers agreed to buy and the Vendor agreed to sell the godwill of the business of Preserved Fruit and dried food stuff Manu- facturers for many years carried on by the Vendor until recently in co-partnership with others at No. 224, Des Voeux Road West, ground floor, Victoria, aforesaid and also at Nga Tsin Wai Road, Kowloon City, aforesaid together with the right to carry ou such business under the style or firm name of Victoria and the right for the Purchasers to hold themselves out as carrying on the said business in succession to the Vendor with the full benefit and advantage of all contracts entered into by the said Siu Nai Lun whether in his own name or in the firm name and all the right title interest property claim and demand of the Vendor therein and thereto and also all registered trade marks and other trade marks and signs hitherto used in connection with the said business and all furniture, ixtures, fitting, stock-in-trade, signboard and | other loose chattels transferable by delivery in which the Vendor has any interest or which shall have been used in connection with the said business. The purchase to be completed on the 31st day of August, 1927.

And Notice is hereby further given that the debts of the said business up to and including the 31st day of August, 1927, shall be paid by the Vendor and the Purchasers do not accept any liability for debts incurred prior to that date other than those of which they have notice.
