Notice is hereby given that by an Indenture dated the 23rd day of July, 1927, Chiu Yeuk Kui Tong, of No. 113, Wanchai Road, Victoria, Hong Kong, transfers his whole interest in his $10,000.00 share and $10,000.00 deposit in the Wo Shing Cheong Kee, Gold Leaf Dealers of No. 24, Bonham Strand, Victoria, aforesaid.

The purchase to be completed on the 31st day of August, 1927.
And Notice is hereby further given that the debts of the said business up to and including the 31st day of August, 1927, shall be paid by the Vendor and the Purchasers do not accept any liability for debts incurred prior to that date other than those of which they have notice.
