NOTICE is hereby given that Messrs. Van
Heusen International Company, of 77 Franklin Street, Boston, Massachusetts, United States of America, and trading in the United
Kingdom at Kinnaird House, Call Mall East,
London, S.W.1, and Viney Street, Taunton, Somerset, England, have, by an application dated the 1st day of March, 1927, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-
in the name of the said Messrs. Van Heusen International Company, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The above Trade Mark is intended to be the used by the Applicants in respect of Collars, Cuffs, Shirts, Neckbands and Sock and Hose Suspenders, in Class 38.

NOTICE is hereby given that The Com-
pagnie Optorg, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of France and having a place of business at Prince's Build- ing, Chater Road, in the City of Victoria, Hong Kong, have, on the 17th day of May, 1927, applied for the registration in the Re- gister of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark, in Class No. 34:-
TAK SING Doo:-A glorious general, coming back to his country after having defeated his ennemies, is cheered by his troops. The general, on the left side of the picture, is dressed in golden cloth, and rides a red saddled horse; he points his lance towards a soldier, armed with a sword and a shield. The soldiers, on the right side of the picture, are four; their heads are covered with a tiger skin, and their shields are painted in form of devils' faces. Flags and tents in the back ground. Country sitting.
