N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfers of Business Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given, that Sarah Ann Pike of Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, married woman, carrying on business as a Boarding House Keeper under the style or firm name of "Anzac House at Nos. 9 and 10, Middle Road in the Dependency of Kowloon and Colony of Hong Kong, is desirous of trans- ferring the said business of the said Anzac House to Mary Francis Going, of No. 10 Middle Road, aforesaid (who is the Transferee, on the 27th day of July, 1927.

The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at Nos. 9 and 10, Middle Road afore- said, and will not assume the liabilities in- curred by the Transferor in the said business.
