No. S. 158. It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for supply and delivery of Strawboard to Prison Depart- ment," will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 16th July, 1927, for the supply and delivery of Strawboard to the Prison Department for one year from 1st August, 1927, to 31st July, 1928.
Samples of Strawboard may be seen, and farther information obtained, at this
Office.
No tender will be considered unless the person rendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $100 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, in the event of his tender being accepted.
For form of tender apply at the Colonial Secretary's Office.
No tender will be received unless sent in the fort required.•
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
The successful tenderer will be required to sign an agreement and to give security to the satisfaction of the Government in the sune of $200.
No. S. 159.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of photographic stores to Prison Department will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 16th July, 1927, for the supply of Photographic Stores to the Police Department for one year from 1st August, 1927, to 31st July, 1928.
Samples of stores may be seen, and further information obtained, at this Office..
No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $25 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shåll be forfeited to the Crown, if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, in the event of his tender being accepted.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
The successful tenderer will be required to sigu an agreement and to give security to the satisfaction of the Government in the sum of $10.
