No. S. 156. It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in quintuplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tenders for the repair of No. 5 Police Launch", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Friday, the 15th day of July, 1927.

Full details may be obtained at the Government Slipway Yaumati.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

The work to be carried out to the satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor. The length of time required to carry out the repairs must be stated.

The Lot is sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as an Orchard Lot subject to the General Condition of Sale published in Government Notification No. 570 of 1924, and to the Special Condition No. 1 (a), (b) and (e) in the same Government Notification and to Special Conditions hereunder speci- fied.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS.

1. The purchaser shall within seven days from the day of sale pay compensation of $50 to the owner of the pine trees growing on the Lot.

3. Should conversion later be allowed of any portion of the Lot, the owner shall pay aditional premium at current rates on such portion of the Lot.
