PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.

No. S. 88.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate which should be clearly marked "Tender for Gardeners' Quarters at Sheung Shui", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 18th day of April, 1927, for the construction of Gardeners' Quarters at Sheung Shui, New Territories, together with any necessary work in connection therewith.

No work will be permitted on Sundays.

For Form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. S. 89. It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Re-instatement of Government Retaining Walls", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 25th day of April, 1927, for the erection of a reinforced concrete face wall and the strengthening of foundations of the existing wall at D'Aguilar Street and all other necessary contingent works.

No work will be permitted on Sundays.
