on Tuesday, the 15th day of February, 1927, at 12 o'clock noon the following Resolution was duly passed and at a subsequent Extra- ordinary General Meeting of the members of the said Company, also duly convened and held at the same place on Wednesday, the 2nd day of March, 1927, the same Resolution was duly confirmed as Special Resolution accordingly, riz:-

That the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Con- pany be wound up voluntarily and that Messrs. Yu Kan Hing, Chiu Yuk Chow and Sam Chak Chiu be and they are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.'
