in the name of the said Wing Shing

Shun firm, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The said Trade Mark has been used by the applicants and their predecessors for upwards of 20 years in respect of Sandal-wood, Sandal- wood Dust and Sapan Wood in Class 50.

Facsimiles of the said Trade Mark can be inspected at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks and of the undersigned.
