Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.
NOTICE is hereby given that Himly & Company, of No. 32, Connaught
Road Central, 1st floor, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have, on
the 26th day of November, 1926, applied for the registration in Hong Kong,
in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-
AEROPLANE MARK

in the name of Himly & Company, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Mark is intended to be used in respect of Paper and other goods included in Class 39.
Facsimiles of such Trade Mark are deposited for inspection at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and of the Undersigned.
