Tenders are invited for the sale of the said right title and interest and must be sent to- gether with a deposit of $2,000.00 to the Registrar of Supreme Court of Hong Kong, before 10.00 a.m. on Saturday, the 15th day of January, 1927. Tenders will be opened at 10.00 a.m. on the said date and the name of the successful tenderer will be then declared which declaration shall be deemed to operate as notice to him that he is the successful tenderer and he shall pay the balance of his purchase money on the 22nd day of January, 1927, at 10.00 a.m. at the Office of the said Registrar and shall receive a Certificate signed by the said Registrar to the effect that he is the purchaser of the said right title and interest. If such tenderer shall fail to pay the balance of his purchase money at the said time and place his deposit shall be absolutely forfeited. In the event of an unsuccessful tender or of the refusal of R. Corney and Company, Limited, to register the said Certificate the deposit or the purchase money as the case may be shall be returned, but without interest or compensa- tion and the sale shall be treated as at an end, The Registrar of the Supreme Court reserves

the right to reject the highest or any tender.

Capitals and interests have thus been clearly distributed at the presence of all on the same date and other accounts have also been liquidated, so that everything is now in order without any unsettled question.
