No. 631.—It is hereby notified that on and after 31st October, 1927, radio-tele- grams will be accepted by the Radio Telegraph Department, General Post Office Building, for transmission to Dutch East Indies and Dutch Borneo, through the inter- mediary of the Radio Corporation of the Philippines at Manila, at the rate of $1 per word. Deferred Service at $0.50 per word.
