No. 583.-The following Royal Warrant dated the 22nd of June, 1927, amending the Warrant of the 9th of June, 1921, governing the issue of the Colonial Auxiliary Forces Officers' Decoration is published for general information.
THE COLONIAL AUXILIARY FORCES OFFICERS' DECORATION.

George the Fifth by the Grace of God of Great Britain Ireland and the British Dominions beyond the Seas King Defender of the Faith Emperor of India to all to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting!
Whereas by Warrant under Our Sign Manual dated the ninth day of June one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one we were graciously pleased to make ordain and establish rules and ordinances for the governance of The Colonial Auxiliary Forces Officers' Decoration reserving to Ourselves Our Heirs and Successors full power of annulling altering abrogating augmenting interpreting or dispensing with those rules and ordinances or any part thereof by a notification under Our Sign Manual :
And Whereas the riband for the suspension of the said Decoration which was approved by Her late Majesty Queen Victoria was one inch and a quarter in width and it is provided in Our said Warrant that the Decoration shall be suspended from the left breast by a green riband of one inch and a half in width from a silver brooch :
And Whereas reproductions of the said Decoration known as Miniature Decorations are worn on certain occasions and it appears to Us to be expedient that the size and pattern of such Miniature Decorations should be clearly defined:
Now therefore We do by these Presents for Us Our Heirs and Successors ordain and appoint that the second rule and ordinance in Our said Warrant shall be cancelled and annulled and the following rule and ordinance shall be substituted therefor :
Secondly: It is ordained that the Decoration shall be worn after all British War Medals suspended from the left breast by a green riband of one inch and a quarter in width, from a silver brooch :
And We do further make ordain and establish the following additional rule and ordinance:
It is ordained that reproductions of the Decoration in miniature which may be worn on certain occasions by those to whom the Decoration is awarded shall be half the size of the Colonial Auxiliary Forces Officers' Decoration and that a Sealed Pattern of the said Miniature Decoration shall be deposited and kept in the Central Chancery of Our Orders of Knight- hood.
Given at Our Court at Saint James's this 22nd day of June in the year of Our Lord one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven and in the eighteenth year of Our Reign.
