(a) Incivility to any member of the public.
(b) Gambling in barracks.
(c) Fighting in barracks.
(d) Talking on parade.
(e) Smoking on duty.
(f) Lying down or sitting down on duty.
(g) Using abusive, obscene or insulting language to any other member of
the force.
S.--NEGLECT OF DUTY.
(a) Failing to discover burglary.
(b) Leaving beat or post or other place of duty to which he has been
ordered without due permission or sufficient cause.
(c) Leaving beat or post or other place of duty without duly handing over
to his relief.
(d) Failing to fall in with his section at place appointed for relief of
section.
(e) Awaiting relief in wrong place.
(f) Failing to turn out on sounding of the alarm.
(g) Inattention or failing to be on the alert when on duty.
(h) Giving wrong traffic signal.
9. MINOR ÖFFENCES,
(a) Idling or gossiping on duty.
(b) Failing to walk his beat in accordance with orders.
(c) Absent from station without leave.
(d) Absent from roll call without leave.
(e) Any minor irregularity.
