No. 351.—It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to section 5 of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance, 1899, His Honour the Chief Justice has ordered that the next Criminal Sessions for the despatch of the business of the Court shall be held on Monday, the 20th day of June, 1927, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.

MAGISTRACY.

No. 352.-By Command of His Excellency the Governor, and pursuant to section 9 (4) of the Liquors Consolidation Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 9 of 1911, and to the Rules made under the said Ordinance, it is hereby notified that an election by the unoffi- cial Justices of the Peace of a Justice from among their number to serve on the Licensing Board, will take place in the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court on Tuesday, the 21st day of June, 1927, commencing at 4 p.m. in the afternoon.

The election will be conducted in accordance with the Rules set forth on pages 438- 410 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925.

Forms of nomination may be obtained at the Magistracy, Victoria, Hong Kong.

Every nomination must be delivered to the undersigned not less than six clear days before the day fixed for the election.

The only persons entitled to vote at the election are the unofficial Justices of the Peace.

Voting will commence at 4 p.m. and continue until 6 p.m. when the ballot-box will be closed.
