Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 23 of the Waterworks Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 16 of 1993, on the 1st day of June, 1927.

The regulations made under section 23 of the Waterworks Ordinance, 1903, which are set forth on pages 307 to 322 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1841-1925, are hereby amended as follows:-

(1) by the deletion of the heading "General" on page 307, and repetitions

thereof, followed by the abbreviated word "contd.", on pages 308 to 314;

(2) by the deletion of the heading "Cisterns and tanks in rider-main districts", on page 314, and repetitions thereof, followed by the abbreviated word

contd.", on pages 315 and 316;

(3) by the deletion of the heading "Fishing", on page 316, and the repetition

thereof, followed by the abbreviated word "contd.", on page 317; and

(4) by the insertion, in regulation 31, of the words "in a rider-main district"

next after the word tank
