No. 315.

Order made by the Governor in Council under section 4 of the Societies Ordinance, 1920, Ordinance No. 8 of 1920, on the 26th day of May, 1927.

The Chung Wa Hoi Yuen Kung Up Lün Hop Tsung Wui

(HT A), otherwise known as the Chinese Seamen's Union, is hereby declared to be an unlawful society.

APPOINTMENTS, &c.

No. 316. -His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. BENJAMIN WYLIE to be a Member of the Board of Education, vice the Rev. GEORGE REGINALD LINDSAY, resigned, with effect from 20th May, 1927.

No. 317.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the officer who, from time to time, for the time being is performing the duties of Harbour Master, to be the Registrar of British Ships for the purpose of section 4 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1894.

No. 318.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the following gentlemen to be Justices of the Peace for the Colony of Hong Kong :-
