With reference to the notice of the nomination by His Excellency the Governor of a member of the Board of Arbitrators to determine the amount of com- pensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of Section A of Kowloon Inland Lot No. 894 published in the Gazette of the 14th April, 1927, as Government Notification No. 220, and the owners having failed within seven days from the date of such publica- tion to nominate a member to serve on the said Board, I, the undersigned, Chairman of the said Board, do hereby nominate and appoint Mr. LAWRENCE GIBBS to be a member of the said Board on behalf of such owners.
