No. 218. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under the provisions of section 3 (1) of the Factory (Accidents) Ordinance, 1927, Ordinance No. 3 of 1927, FRANCIS MEADE, A.R.S.I., to be an inspector of factories in addition to his other duties.

No. 219. It is hereby notified that the certificate of proficiency as Wireless Tele- graph Operator on board British Ships, certificate No. 8 of 1926, issued to NAZAR ALI, has been cancelled.
To the Owners of the property referred to in Government Notification No. 630, published in the Gazette of 19th November, 1926, and now known as Section A of Kowloon Inland Lot No. 894.
No. 220. It is hereby notified under section 4 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, Ordinance No. 10 of 1900, that His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to nominate Mr. HENRY EDWARD GOLDSMITH, Assistant Director of Public Works, Hong Kong, to be a member of the Board of Arbitrators to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of the property now known as Section A of Kowloon Inland Lot No. 894.
In the event of your failing to nominate a member to represent you on the said Board within seven days from the date of publication of this notice the Chairman of the Board will appoint a person on your behalf.
