No. 191.-His Excellency the Governor has, under section 3 of the Vaccination Ordinance, 1923, been pleased to appoint Mr. SUNG SHEUNG-WAI () to be a Public Vaccinator.

No. 192.-- His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint FRANCIS ARTHUR WELLS, Esquire, to be a Member of the Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps, vice DOUGLAS ABBEY, Esquire, resigned.

No. 193. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Private GEORGE DUNCAN, M.B.E., to be Second-Lieutenant in the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps, with effect from 30th March, 1927.

No. 194.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under the provisions of paragraph 1 of statute 7 of the statutes of the University of Hong Kong. Mr. HENRY THOMAS JACKMAN to be a Member of the Council of the University of Hong Kong, with effect from 31st March, 1927.

Order made under section 3 of the Unclaimed Bulances Ordinance, 1885, Ordinance No. 1 of 1885.
I, Sir CECIL CLEMENTI, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same, in virtue of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the aforesaid Ordinance, hereby order that the following unclaimed sums of money in the Treasury be transferred to the General Revenue of the Colony, subject to the provisions of the said Ordinance as to refund if claimed after such transfer, viz.:-
1.---$5 paid on 28th April, 1921, by one Lo Fuk Ki being a deposit in respect of purchase of Crown Land on Lantao Plateau, Southern District, New Territories.
2.
$2 paid on 6th May, 1921, by one Sum Tak being a deposit in respect of purchase of Crown Land at Ngong Ping, Lantao Plateau, Southern Dis- trict, New Territories.
3.- $3 paid on 15th December, 1921, by one Tang Fat being a deposit in res- pect of purchase of Crown Land at Fung Wong Shan, Tung Chung, Southern District, New Territories.
4.---$2 paid on 29th December, 1921, by one Wong Yau being a deposit in res- pect of purchase of Crown Land at Demarcation District No. 310 near Lot 255, Tai O, Southern District, New Territories.
5.-$15 paid on 26th September, 1921, by Chan Yau and others in connection
with Action No. 143 of 1921.
