(7) Harbour means the harbour of Victoria and includes the waters of the Colony within the following boundaries :----

On the east-A straight line drawn from the westernmost extremity of Siu Chau Wan Point to the westernmost extremity of A Kung Ngam Point (sometimes knowa as Kung Am).

On the west

-A straight line drawn from the westernmost point of the Island of Hong Kong to the westernmost point of Green Island, thence a straight line drawn from the westernmost point of Green Is- land to the westernmost point of Stone- cutters Island, and thence a straight line drawn true north from the westernmost extremity of Stonecutters Island to the mainland.

6. Section 40 of the Interpretation Ordinance, 1911, is amended by the deletion of the word "orders' in the third line of sub-section (2), and by the repeal of sub-section (4).

7. Section 47 of the Interpretation Ordinance, 1911, is amended by the deletion of the word “not" in the ninth line thereof.
