9. In these regulations,
(a) "Meeting includes every assembly, gathering, celebration, service and
ceremony, whether open to the public or not, and every procession.

(b) "Seditious matter" has the same meaning as in the Seditious Publications Ordinance, 1914, and "seditious utterances means utterances which if reduced to writing would be seditious matter.
10. The regulations made by the Governor in Council under section 2 of the Emergency Regulations Ordinance, 1922, and published in the gazette of the 11th, March, 1927, are rescinded.
NOTE: These regulations are in substitution for the regulations published in the gazette of the 11th March, 1927. Regulations 2 and 6 are new and Regulation 7 (1) has been altered. There are also some minor changes.

Rule made by the Governor in Council under section 16 of the Gunpowder and Fireworks Ordinance, 1901, Ordinance No. 14 of 1901, on the 31st day of March, 1927.
The rule made by the Governor in Council under section 16 of the Gunpowder and Fireworks Ordinance, 1901, and set forth on page 284 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, under the heading "Making, etc., of certain fireworks." is hereby amended by the substitution of the words "sulphur, saltpetre, aluminium and potassium perchlo- rate, or which have in any single container thereof more than 10 grains of any explosive mixture in which potassium perchlorate is an ingredient" for the words "sulphur and saltpetre" in the last line of the said rule.

Order made by the Governor in Council on the 31st March, 1927, under the Regula- tions relating to the Prevention of Disorder which were published in the Gazette of the 28th January, 1927, as Notification No. 39.
The K'iu Kong Kung Tun Tsung Ui (VUI#6: General Labour Association of Hong Kong), which also describes itself as The Federation of Chinese Labour Union of Hong Kong, is hereby proscribed.
