FINDING.

We find that the S. S. Kwong Fook Cheong left the Po Tak Wharf at 6.15, p.m. on February the 23rd, 1927; bound for Wong Moon; and that Mr. G. A. Carter (1st Mate) Certificate No. 3999 as 1st Mate of Hong Kong, was perfectly sober at the time and that on going on the bridge at 6.45 p.m. he did not strike the master Mr. J. Wilson.

-

We further find that Mr. J. Wilson, Master of the Kwong Fook Cheong did on the 24th of February, 1927, make an entry in the Official Log of the aforesaid ship in a most irregular manner for which we adjudge him to be severely reprimanded.

Given under our hands this 14th day of March, 1927, in the city of Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong.
