No. 81. It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor has made the following order under the Streets (Alteration) Ordinance, 1923, Ordinance No. 24 of 1923:
The extreme southern end of North Street, referred to in Government Notifica-
tion No. 631 of 1926, is closed.
No. 82.-With reference to Proclamation No. 6 of 1926 the following proclama- tion of the Governor of New South Wales is published for general information.

THE COLONY OF HONG KONG DECLARED TO BE A RECIPROCATING
STATE WITHIN THE MEANING OF ACT No. 3397.
PROCLAMATION.
By His Excellency Lieutenant-Colonel the Right Honorable ARTHUR HERBERT TENNYSON, BARON SOMERS, Knight Commander of the most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Companion of the Distinguished Service Order, Military Cross; Governor of the State of Victoria and its Dependencies in the Common- wealth of Australia, &c., &c., &c.
I,
THE Governor of the State of Victoria, in the Commonwealth of Australia, being satisfied that reciprocal provisions have been made by the Legislature of the Colony of Hong Kong (the same being a part of His Majesty's Dominions outside the United Kingdom to which the Imperial Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforce- ment) Act 1920 extends) for the enforcement within such part of Maintenance Orders made by Courts within Victoria, do now, under the powers conferred by section 12 of an Act of the Victorian Parliament intituled the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Act 1925, by and with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby declare the Colony of Hong Kong to be a reciprocating State within the meaning and for the purpose of the Act last referred to.
Given under my hand and the Seal of the State of Victoria aforesaid, at Mel- bourne, this ninth day of December, in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and in the seventeenth year of the reign of His Majesty King George V.
