EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.
No. 71. The Court of the University of Hong Kong having on the 20th day of December, 1926, in exercise of the power in that behalf contained in section 14 of the University Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 10 of 1911, further amended the statutes of the University as follows:-
by the deletion of the words "The Registrar" in paragraph I of Statute 9;
and the said further amendment having been allowed by the Governor in Council on the 7th day of February, 1927, such further amendment becomes valid and operative on the publication of this notice.

NOTE: The statutes of the University are set forth in the Second Schedule to the University Ordinance, 1911; amendments have already been made as appear in Government Notifications Nos. 350 of 1925 and 263 of 1926.

Order made by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Post Office Ordi- nance, 1926, Ordinance No. 7 of 1926, this 10th day of February, 1927.
It is hereby notified that the Governor in Council has determined that on and after the 14th day of February, 1927, the Air Mail fees applicable to letters from Hong Kong for transmission by the United States Air Mail Service, regardless of distance or route, will be 36 cents for each ounce or fraction thereof. This fee is in addition to the regular postage.

The Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, Table L, Quarantine Regulations.
It is hereby proclaimed by order of His Excellency the Governor in Council that Vladivostock is a place at which an infectious or contagious disease prevails.
No. 74.-His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 7 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, that the name of Mr. GARNET RANKIN be added to the List of Authorized Archi- tects published in Government Notification No. 408 of the 10th July, 1925.
