Now, therefore, His Majesty, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, in pur- suance of the powers vested in Him by the above-recited provision and of all other powers Him thereunto enabling, doth order, and it is hereby ordered, that the provisions of the Merchant Shipping (Convention) Act, 1914, shall be postponed from coming into opera- tion until the 1st day of January, 1928.
