OTICE is hereby given that The Com- pagnie Optorg, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of France and having a place of business at Prince's Build- ing, Chater Road, in the City of Victoria, Hong Kong, have, on the 18th day of Novem- ber, 1926, applied for the registration in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following

Trade Mark, in Class No. 34:-

HANG HA CHEUNG.-Hang and Ha, two famous Chinose warriors, now wor- shipped as gods, perform a dance in a country setting. On the right side of the picture, Hang (green- faced, holds a golden sword and blows orange vapours from his nose. On the left side, Ha (red- faced) holds a silver sword and blows silver vapours from his mouth. Between the two warriors stands another military god, riding a white goat. On both sides of the picture, pine-trees; blue sky in the background.

in the name of Compagnie Optorg, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the applicants in respect of Class No. 34, since, August, 1926.

The reproduction of the above described trade mark is deposited for inspection in the office of the Registrar.
