OTICE is hereby given that a Petition for the winding-up of the above named Company by The Supreme Court of Hong Kong, and for the removal of Liquidators, Messrs. Lai Hin'Man, Kwok Tat Son, Lui Mui Sang and Ip Pik Chuen, was on the 2nd day of December, 1926, presented to the said Court by David Macdonald Biggar the Attorney of :-
(a) John Franklin Johnson Superin-
tendent of Banks of the State of California in the United States of America and Trustee in charge of the liquidation of Canton Bank, of San Francisco aforesaid.
(b) Anglo-California Trust Company. (e) Anglo-California Securities Co. And that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Supreme Court of Hong Kong, 'on the 15th day of December, 1926; and any creditor or contribu- tory of the said Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an Order on the said Petition may appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said Com- pany requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the
same.

ASSED at a General Meeting held at the Office of the Company, (No. 65, 2nd floor, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong), on the 7th day of November, 1926, and confirmed at a subsequent General Meeting held at the same place on the 27th November, 1926 : -
"That it has been proved to the satis- faction of this Meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Com- pany be wound up voluntarily and that Mr. Li Sui Wing, of Messrs. Davie, Boag & Co., Ltd., No. 6, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, afore- said be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.'
