in the name of The Standard Oil Co., of New York, who claim to be proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has not hitherto bodi used by the Applicants but it is their intention so to use it forthwith in respect of Illuminating or heating oils, in Class 47.

Applicants undertake not to use the cross device in red.
