NOTICE is hereby given that Thursday,

the 25th day of November, 1926, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon precisely, has been fixed for the First General Meeting of Creditors in the above matter, to be held at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria, Hong Kong.

No creditor can vote unless he previously proves his debt at least 24 hours before the Meeting.

Forms of proof can be obtained and filled in at the Official Receiver's Office during the office hours.

At the First General Meeting, the creditors will be asked to consider whether the debtor shall be adjudged bankrupt.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above mentioned dividend may he received at the Compradore Department, John D. Hutchison and Company, of King's Building, Connaught Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, on the 29th day of November, 1926, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and on any subsequent day during office hours.
