in the name of Jardine Matheson & Company Limited, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark is to be used by the Applicants in respect of Pre- served wet ginger, in Class 42.

A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hongkong and of the Undersigned.
