No. S. 285.-It is hereby notified that the following Sales of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the Land Office, Ping Shan, at 12 Noon, on Thursday, the 4th day of November, 1926.
The Lots are sold for the term of seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent. Lot No. 1 as a Building Lot, Lots Nos. 2 and 3 as Agricultural Lots and Lot No. 4 as a Threshing Floor Lot subject to the General Condition of Sale published in Government Notification No. 570 of 1924. No. 1 is further subject to Special Conli- tion No. 2 (a). Nos. 2 and 3 are further subject to Special Condition No. 1 (a), (b) and (c). No. 4 is further subject to Special Condition No. 1 (a) published in the above Government Notification.
