Shipping is hereby warned that :---

1. Master of S.S. Hanoi reports number of water-logged junks and wreckages

off the Nan Chau and Hainan Straits.

2. Master of the S.S. Taiszema reports that the entrance to Kwong Chow Wan

is dangerous to navigation.

Tungchow Channel-Buoy to be Moved.

Notice is hereby given that on the 12th October, 1926, owing to the rapid change in the Eastern Entrance to the Tungchow Channel, Yangtze River, the Edge Buoy will be moved 6 cables S. 824 E. from its present position, and its colour changed from black to red, to mark the eastern side of the channel.

From the new position of the buoy, Plover Point Beacon bears S. 15 W., distant 3.04 miles.

All bearings given are magnetic.

Chart affected:-Marine Department Chart No. 3.

HARBOUR NOTIFICATION.

No. 13 of 1926.

Medical Inspection of Vessels arriving from Antung.

Notice is hereby given that the Superintendent of Customs and the Treaty Power Consuls have declared the port of Antung to be Cholera-infected.

All vessels arriving therefrom are to abide, and be governed, by the Sanitary Regu- lations for the ports of Tientsin and Chinwangtao.

For the present, precautions will be confined to medical inspection. TIENTSIN, 24th September, 1926.
