As to marks Nos. 1 and 2, (a) in respect of Chemical Substances aud Products used in manufactures, industries and science in Class 1; (b) in respect of Insecti- cides, Disinfectants and other Chemical Substances used for agricultural, horticultural, veterinary and sanitary purposes in Class 2 and (c) in respect of Plasters, Bandages, Medicines, Pharmaceutical Drugs and preparations and other chemical substances prepared for use in medicine and pharmacy in Class 3. As to trade mark No. 3 in respect of Benzoic acid-sulphinid an artificial sweetening substance in Class 42.
