Notice is hereby given that the Superintendent of Customs and the Treaty Power Consuls having declared Kiaochow (Tsingtao) cholera-infected, all vessels arriving from that Port on and after the 3rd September, will be governed by the Sanitary Regulations for the Port of Foochow.
