LOCAL NOTICE TO MARINERS No. 251.

Notice is hereby given that the Conservancy Ice-breaker Chingling reports the Japanese S.S. Kwaiun Maru sunk, with decks awash and masts standing, in a position from which Tsaofeitien Light bears N. 83° W. magnetic about 9 miles. Mariners are warned accordingly.

Notice is hereby given that the Superintendent of Customs and the Treaty Power Consuls having declared Wuchow cholera-infected, all vessels arriving from that Port on and after the 29th August, will be governed by the Sanitary Regulations for the Port of Foochow.

India West Coast-Malabar Coast Cannanore Inner anchorage- Buoy disappeared.

Former notice No. 72 of 1925 :-

Position-Latitude 11° 51' N., Longitude 75° 28′ E. approximately.

Details-The can buoy'painted red marking the approach to the inner anchorage

at Cannanore, disappeared on 8th August, 1926.

Charts affected-No. 1322 Plan of Cannanore anchorage No. 747 Mount Dilli

to Calicut.
