The above Trade Marks have been used by the applicants as to No. 1, since 1887; as to No. 2, since 1909 and as to No. 3, since 1922, in respect of the following substances :---

As to marks Nos. 1 and 2, (a) in respect of Chemical Substances aud Products used in manufactures, industries and science in Class 1; (b) in respect of Insecti- cides, Disinfectants and other Chemical Substances used for agricultural, horticultural, veterinary and sanitary purposes in Class 2 and (c) in respect of Plasters, Bandages, Medicines, Pharmaceutical Drugs and preparations and other chemical substances prepared for use in medicine and pharmacy in Class 3. As to trade mark No. 3 in respect of Benzoic-acid-sulphinid an artificial sweetening substance in Class 42.
