the above-named Company, duly con- vened and held at the City Hall, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, on the 21st day of July, 1926, the following Resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the said Company, also duly convened and held at the same place on the 4th day of August, 1926, the same Resolution was duly confirmed as a Special Resolution viz:—
business as Poultry Dealers at Nos. 68 and 54, Stalls of Central Market, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, under the styles or Firm names of Sang Cheong Tai, (4), and Kivan Tai, (), respectively, has been dissolved as from the 7th day of July, 1926.
That it is desirable to wind-up the
Company, and accordingly that All debts due to and owing by the said this Company be wound-up volua- tarily, and that Messrs. John received and paid respectively by the said Lau Sang Cheong Tai and Kwan Tai stalls, will be Hennessey Seth and Sydney Hamp-Tsoi, and the said Lau Lim, who will continne den Ross, Incorporated Account- ants, be and they are hereby ap- pointed the Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up".

A final dividend of $23.10 per $100.00 has been declared in the matter of the Hing Loong Firm of No. 3, Lyndhurst Terrace, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, adjudicated bankrupt on the 30th January, 1926. and the same may be received at No. 4. Bonham Strand West, ground floor, Victoria, aforesaid on the 7th day of August, 1926, or on any subsequent day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Creditors applying for payment must pro- duce any bills of exchange or other securities held by them.
