and Li Ion Chi, (), of the

Bank of Canton, Limited, Victoria, carrying on business in Co-partnership as poultry dealers under the style or firm name of The Kung Yick Lee Kee Poultry Larn of No. 175, Des Voeux Road West, (Ground floor), Victoria, aforesaid (hereinafter called "the Transferors"), are desirous of transferring the said business of the said Kung Yick Lee Kee Poultry Larn, to Lau Tsoi, of No. 4, Man Iling Lane, 2nd Floor, and Ip Fung Sang, of No. 132, Catchick Street, 2nd Floor, Victoria, aforesaid (herein. after called the Transferces"), on the 9th day of August, 1926.

The Transferees intend to carry on the said
