Reuter, Broeckelmann & Co. of King's Building, Connaught Road Central, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, as Agents for Messrs. Friedr. Bayer & Co. of No. 91, Szechuen Road, Shanghai, China, have on the 22nd March, 1926, applied for the Registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:
California, in the United States of America, a corporation duly constituted under and by virtue of the Laws of the State of California, have, on the Ist day of September, 1925, applied for the Registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the trade mark of which a representation, (in two halves) appears hereunder :--

The Applicants disclaim the right of the exclusive use of the word "Bayer".
