PROPOSED TERMS OF THE EXCHANGE AND CROWN LEASE.
1. In consideration of payment of the premium and upon completion of the recla- mation of the above lot to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works, it is proposed to grant a Crown Lease of the whole area coloured red on the said plan and having a total area of about 2,970 square feet for the term of 75 years, commencing from the date of a letter from the Director of Public Works stating that the area is at the disposal of The the lessee, renewable for a further term of 75 years at a re-assessed Crown Rent. amounts of the premium and Crown Rent are subject to re-adjustment when the recla- mation has been completed in accordance with the area actually occupied.
