OTICE is hereby given that Leung Yun Man, Kung Yeuk Man, Kung Chi Kee, and Wing Tung Hing, all proprietors of the Fuk Cheung Tai silk store, 15, Jervois Street, Hongkong, have, unanimously agreed to sell to Kung Yee Tak Tong the whole business of the said store, including all its goods, debts, furniture, good will, etc.; that the name Fuk Cheung Tai will still be used for the business by the Purchaser. Hereafter should Fuk Cheung Tai make any gain or suffer any loss the aforesaid sellers will not be held res- ponsible.
