Trade Marks Nos. 1 and 2, have not hitherto been used by the Ap- plicants but it is their intention so to use it forthwith in respect of Snow Cream, in Class 48.

Trade Mark No. 3 has been used by the Applicants since the year 1921, in respect of Snow Cream, in Class 48.

The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the re- presentation of the Jar in each mark.
