Optorg, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of France, and having a place of business at Prince's Building, Chater Road, in the City of Victoria, Hongkong, have, on the 17th day of February, 1926, applied for the Registration in Hongkong, in the Re. gister of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks; in Class 34:-
NEI YUT-A chinese ceremony when a child is about one month old. A chinese lady is sitting on a chair, close to an altar, on the left side of the picture. She holds her one month old baby on her knees, whilst a young girl shaves with a razor the head of the child. On the altar, are flowers, fruits, red candles. From the right side of the picture, a maid comes to the mother with the clothes of the child, disposed on a cushion. In the background, is an opened door and a young girl holding a handkerchief. in the name of Compagnie Optorg, who claimi to be the sole proprietors of that trade mark.
The Trade Mark has been used by the applicants in respect of Woollen Piece Goods, in Class 34, since January, 1926.
The reproduction of the above described trade mark is deposited for inspection in the Office of the Registrar.
