of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Hui Shi, of No. 104, Nam On Street, Shaukiwan, in the Colony of Hongkong, Chan Fat, of No. 29A, Praya, Shaukiwan, aforesaid, Wong Kwong, of Nam On Fong, Shaukiwan, aforesaid and Ng Kau Po residing in a matshed at Shaukiwan, aforesaid, carrying on business in co-partner ship as Boatbuilders under the style or firm name of the Hop On Ta: Kee Boatbuil lers' Slipway at No. 402, Shaukiwan Street, Shauki- wan, aforesaid, (hereinafter called the Trans- ferors"), are desirous of transferring the said business of the said Hop On Tax Kee Boat- buil lers' Slipway to Ng Kui Wan of No. 15, Victoria Street, Victaria, in the Colony of Hongkong, (hereinafer called the Transferee"), on the 13th day of April, 1926.
The Transferee intend to carry on the said business at Nr. 402, Shaukiwan Street, Shauki- wan, aforesaid, and will assume the liabili ties incurred by the Transferors in the said business.
