Creditors in the above matter, to be held at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria, Hongkong. No Creditor can vote unless he previously proves his debt at least 24 hours before the Meeting.

Forms of proof can be obtained and filled

in at the Official Receiver's Office during the

office hours.

At the First General Meeting, the Creditors

will be asked to consider whether the debtor

firm shall be adjudged bankrupt.

N OTICE is hereby given in accordance

with Section 3 of Ordinance No. 25 of of 1923, that by an Agreement dated the Tenth day of March, 1926, and made between The Auctioneering and Brokering Company Limit ed whose registered office is situate at No. 4B, Duddel Street, Victoria, Hongkong, of the one part and Li Wing Seung, of 66, Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hongkong, of the other part, the said Auctioneering and Brokering Company Limited, agreed to sell to the said Li Wing Seung, for the consideration therein mentioned all the goodwill and assets excluding book-debts of the business now carried on by the said Auctioneering and Brokering Company Limit- ed under the name or style of the "Empress Store" at No. 58, Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hongkong, of Provision Dealers, Grocers and General Merchants.

AND NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the said Li Wing Seung intends to carry on the busi- ness of the "Empress Store at the said pre- mises and that the debts of the said business up to and including the 15th day of April, 1926, are by the said Agreement to be paid by the Auctioneering and Brokering Company Limited, and that the said Li Wing Seung will not be liable therefor.
