The Transferees intend to carry on the said business under the same firm name at Nos. 5 to 13, Pak Ho Street, Yaumati, aforesaid, but will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Trans- feror and the other partners in the said business up to the date of Completion
The Purchase will be completed at the Office of Messrs. Lee and Russ, on the 28th February 1926.
